Privacy Policy
Short version: your calculator inputs stay in your browser. We don't have a server running calculations, so we can't see your numbers. Here's the full picture.

What we don't collect
We do not collect accounts, passwords, or email addresses — there is no registration or login on this site. We do not collect payment information of any kind. We do not collect your calculator inputs: income figures, tax data, loan amounts, property values, or any other financial information you enter into the calculators. We have no email gate in front of results, no “enter your email to see your number” friction, and no lead-generation forms tied to financial products.
Client-side processing
Because this is a static site, your calculator inputs (income, tax data, loan amounts) are processed entirely in your browser. They never reach a server, because there are no servers running calculations. When you close the tab, the data ceases to exist. We can't see your numbers — we don't have a database to put them in.
This is an architectural property of the site, not a privacy policy promise that could be quietly reversed. The calculators are JavaScript modules that run locally in your browser. No XHR or fetch call is made to transmit your inputs anywhere. You can verify this by opening your browser's network tab while running a calculation: you will not see any outbound request carrying your inputs.
What we do collect
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how people use our site. GA4 reports aggregate metrics like session counts, average session duration, and which calculators are most popular. This data helps us decide which tools to build next. No personal information (like your name or email) is shared with Google through this integration.
We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics — a cookieless analytics product that does not track individual users. It reports aggregate page-view counts, which pages are visited, and rough geographic distribution (country-level). For more detail, see cloudflare.com/web-analytics.
Cookies
Google Analytics 4 sets first-party cookies (like _ga) to distinguish unique users and sessions. These cookies do not contain personal information and are used solely for aggregate site-performance metrics.
Cloudflare's CDN infrastructure may also set a short-lived technical cookie (__cf_bm) for bot-management purposes — this is a standard Cloudflare behavior and contains no personal data. Cloudflare Web Analytics operates without cookies.
Third-party services
Three third-party services are involved in delivering this site:
- Hostinger — web hosting. Hostinger's servers receive standard HTTP access logs (IP address, timestamp, page requested, referrer, user-agent). These logs are subject to Hostinger's privacy policy and are used for security and operational purposes.
- Cloudflare — CDN and analytics. Cloudflare operates as a reverse proxy and analytics provider. It processes traffic in accordance with its privacy policy.
- Google Analytics — traffic analysis. Google processes data in accordance with their privacy policy. We use this to analyze site performance and improve our calculators.
